ฺBelieve it or not

Do you think just eat cereal everyday your cholesterol'll lower?? I think it is propaganda. Why do I think so? ฺBecause just only eating this cereal without exercise can not help cholesterol lower. If you eat it everyday your percent of cholesterol won't lower. Because what cereal you eat , the company is advertising that is grain but it have a few grain. That is why this cereal is cheaper. I think that there is no such thing as good as the food we cook at home. How about you? You will buy this? It can lower your cholesterol! Do you believe it??

  1. I have seen a lot of ads like this for breakfast cereal, most famously was the idea that if you just eat cereal you will lose weight. But it cannot be that simple! What they do not tell you is that it depends on so many other things, what kind of milk you use, what else you eat, the amount of exercise you take and so on. There are many healthy ways to eat but this is just misleading!

  2. The other thing I wanted to add to this was about research. Often you will see advertising which will quote scientific research about the product, but can you really say the researchers are credible? They are often paid by the food companies to come up with the right results.
